By creating an account or using Pixlie, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
Pixlie provides AI-powered content generation tools including image generation, video generation, character design, background removal, and upscaling.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and all activity under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to generate illegal or harmful content, non-consensual intimate imagery, infringing content, malware, or to violate applicable laws.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.
6. Intellectual Property
Our Service uses third-party AI models under various licenses. Certain video features have geographic commercial-use restrictions in the EU, UK, and South Korea.
7. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions (Apple)
If you purchase a subscription through the iOS app:
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- Subscription titles, lengths, and prices are shown in the app before purchase.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PIXLIE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations. You may terminate by contacting support.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
