Brightforge Software Inc. ("Pixlie", "we", "us", or "our") operates the Pixlie application and website. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.

1. Information We Collect

When you create an account, we collect email address, name (if provided), profile picture (if provided), and authentication credentials.

1.2 Content You Create

When you use our AI generation features, we process text prompts, images you upload, videos you upload or generate, and generation settings.

We automatically collect device information, IP address, app usage patterns, and error logs.

We share data with service providers (cloud computing, analytics, error tracking, payment processors). We do not sell your personal information.

4. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Generated content is retained for 30 days after creation unless you delete it sooner.

5. Your Rights

You may access, correct, delete, or export your data. European and California users have additional rights under GDPR and CCPA.

5.1 Account deletion

In the Pixlie app (Android/iOS): Sign in → Settings → General → Delete account → confirm.

On the web: Sign in at pixlys.com → account settings, or email [email protected] from your registered address.

Deletion is permanent and removes your sign-in. Some generated content may remain briefly per our retention policy (see §4).

6. Security

We use encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not intended for children under 13 (or 16 in the EEA).

8. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy by posting a new version on this page.
